Xml4ipl is a light weight Internet protocol focused on a very simple Machine-To-Machine communications (m2m) solutions. It allows small devices and computer software to send collected or generated data to any server on the Internet.

Public protocol specification could be read in html format in the following link, Portuguese version only, or could be downloaded on downloads area.

This project is licensed under LGPL license. So it could be used in a broad commercial and non commercial projects, products and solutions for free. It means that xml4ipl could be included as part of proprietary product with no restrictions.
